Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CalcTabs mobile application (the "App") provided by Black Flame Digital LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

  • You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not misuse the App, attempt to access it using automated means, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Calculation Results

  • The App's results, including those from built-in formula templates such as interest, tax, discount and fuel cost, are provided for convenience and general information only.
  • Results can be affected by rounding, by the limits of floating-point arithmetic, and by the formulas and values you enter.
  • Check results independently before relying on them for financial, medical, legal, engineering or other important decisions.

3. Premium and Purchases

  • The App offers an optional Premium upgrade, available as a one-time purchase, that removes ads.
  • Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • All payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the relevant app store, not by us.
  • Prices and availability of Premium may change at any time.

4. Advertising

  • The free version of the App displays ads provided by Google AdMob.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.

5. Ownership and License

  • The App and all associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by Black Flame Digital LTD or its licensors.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Content

  • The App lets you create tabs, calculations, formulas and variables.
  • You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you provide.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Flame Digital LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App or reliance on its results.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

9. Changes to the App or Terms

  • We may modify or discontinue the App at any time.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
  • You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
