This policy explains what personal information Black Flame Digital collects when you use blackflamedigital.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to enquiries.
Who we are
Black Flame Digital is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 11861684). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@blackflamedigital.com.
What we collect
Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, so we can read and reply to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Postmark).
Analytics and advertising measurement. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from) and to measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries. This is aggregated, statistical data.
If you decline. No analytics or advertising cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. The site uses Google’s Consent Mode, which sends limited, anonymous, cookieless signals (such as “a page was viewed”) without any persistent identifier, so we can see aggregate totals and Google can estimate overall advertising performance. These signals cannot be used to identify or follow you.
Cookies
We do not set any analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them via the banner. The only cookie set before that point is a strictly necessary one that remembers your choice.

Legal bases
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies (which you can withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interests — and steps taken at your request — to respond to enquiries you send us through the contact form, to measure the site and our advertising in aggregate, and to prevent spam.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics (only with your consent).
- Postmark — delivery of contact-form emails.
- Vercel — hosting of the website.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@blackflamedigital.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
