The brief

Estate agency websites tend to be brochures with a phone number: the real inventory lives on the portals, and the agency’s own site goes stale. HT Estates wanted the opposite — a site that carries its live stock, ranks for its own areas, and captures applicants and landlords directly instead of renting that relationship from Rightmove.

Credibility mattered as much as function. In London lettings, a dated website reads as a dated agency. The site had to look like the level of service being sold.

The details

The heart of the build is the listings pipeline: properties flow from the agency’s own management workflow onto the site without anyone re-typing details, so the site is never the stale copy of the truth. Search, filtering, and detail pages all render from that live data.

For the agency, the site does double duty — it converts applicants who arrive from portals and want to check the agent is real, and it wins direct traffic for the streets and postcodes the agency actually serves.

The outcome

The site is live and operating as HT Estates’ primary channel for direct applicant and landlord enquiries.
